Replied very promptly to text msg , fixed block in line, and gave reasonable (not cheap, not too expensive) estimate to replace line to sewer which had been affected by roots. I recommend.
I'm only giving a 5star because of the great customer service I received from Lisa at the office and Michael the plumber that came out to fix the leak. Lisa extremely kind and caring. Michael this is who you want to come and do your plumbing repairs or fix leaks. The two younger guys that originally came out waisted my time and theirs. Came out because I had a leak said that they couldn't find it but in reality the area were the leak was is were they started to dig at the surface and then decided not to continue didn't want ... read more
