I went to this office for my first deep cleaning in a long time, and I chose this place because I thought I would be treated well. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. While the dentist was cleaning my teeth, she had a very unpleasant attitude toward me. Later, I tried to schedule another cleaning, but they told me I had to go all the way to Cartersville, which I do not want to do. Absolutely horrible. Would not do a extraction on a silverly loose tooth . Said he wanted to and I quote save my smile . & Do a cleaning my insurance does not cover . I'm disabled . No leg . Very very prone to infection and he just leaves the tooth to fall out on its own and get infected rather then pulling it . A front tooth . That's super loose .... Would give 0 stars if I could . And I will be reporting to the dental board .

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed and upset with my daughter’s experience. She had an extraction, filling, and spacer, and I specifically agreed to pay for nitrous oxide because I wanted to help her stay calm and prevent her from developing a fear of dental procedures. This was especially important to me because I had a traumatic experience with the dentist as a child myself. Her grandmother was in the treatment room with her. The absolute worst—terrible service. The doctor who treated me seemed racist and didn't do a good job; he left my tooth in terrible shape. On top of that, he got annoyed because the anesthesia wasn't taking effect. It was awful; I do not recommend him.

Will not be taking my kids here any longer. I always requested to go back and they put us in the private room with no issues. When I brought one of my kids in and told them I’d be going back with her the woman at the front desk immediately gave me attitude and said they won’t allow me to go back. I went back and forth with her because I’ve gone back with all my children with no issues.
