This location gets 2 stars only because the front desk staff dies the best they can with the management they have. I have used this location since they opened in the early 2000s. My husband retired from the military and we moved home so naturally since I used them and had good experiences with them I came back with my younger girls but they had a better office. Only issue I have had is getting them to answer the phone/ calling me back when it comes to checking when my childrens next appointment are
I took both of my sons here and they seen them at the same time which is very helpful. My oldest is autistic and they were so great with him, they didn’t push him and did things that made him comfortable. I wasn’t able to go back but they made sure to come out and update me several times which I appreciated so much. I highly recommend them the ladies in the front were very nice and the hygienist in the back are compassionate and really care about their patients and parents. Is anyone ever actually in this office? Starting to wonder if this place is a dental office or a front for a money laundering operation 😂 Either way, not great for patients who actually want to be seen.
