If we could give negative stars they would be for here. It is always an issue with appointments. Either you show up & they cancelled it even though it was confirmed. Or it is confirmed but wrong time then what they say. So you prove it with their texts showing exactly the appointment time sent to you from their office & say they have it for a different time then they sent you. Or you get there 10 minutes after they really mean your appointment even though they told you the time & then they have a 10 minute grace period but i... read more
The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Most of the staff are racist, making fun of the music the doctor was playing. Idk if the dentist is competent or not because I refuse to go back to find out. Front desk lady was unprofessional and has an attitude. I was recommended a regular cleaning by dentist and front desk insisted I needed descaling for $160. Regular cleaning would have been covered by my insurance. Told me my insurance wouldn’t cover descaling without even sending it to them. And told me I had to pay before the... read more
I would stay away from this place. I called yesterday at 4:00 PM and got no answer or call back. When I called today, someone picked up without saying a single word. After I spoke up, he told me to hold and just set the phone down on the counter instead of putting me on a professional hold. I could hear him laughing and talking to others in the background. It is hard to gain a customer but incredibly easy to lose one, and this is completely unacceptable customer service for a dentist's office.
I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The office is clean, organized, and provides excellent care. A special thank you to Amanda, the office manager, for going above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free.
