I have taken my animals in for routine and emergency medical attention and I always get excellent care. They are willing to go the extra mile, even staying late. Excellent hospital and very dedicated staff I appreciate the outstanding service I received with Dr. Amy and Dr. Mark. Their staff was exceptionally patient and gentle with my beloved Trixie. problem solved--wonderful care! I can't believe how fast Dr. Mark was able to help my beloved Rascal. I brought him in last Wednesday and by Thursday knew that he was on the road back to normal. He had a terrible abscessedd tooth that needed to be pulled. The little guy was crying in pain and just not himself. The assistant was so gentle and kind. Thank you for all your help. I will tell all my friends about your great animal hospital!
caring professionals! I really liked the doctors and technicians at A Small Animal Hospital! I feel like the 2 vets here care very much about my dogs. I have taken them here since I moved to Federal Way. I like them because they listen and practice good medicine. They put the best interest of my animals first. The exams were very thorough and they have the knowledge and ability to accurately diagnose and treat my animals. Great work from trusted professionals!
Obvious Animal Lovers Iâve been here 3 times recently and really like them. I just moved from California and have had trouble finding a vet that was as good as my longtime vet back home. I started coming to by the prescription dietâI couldnât find it at the last vet on a consistent basis. It's a small office, just 2 vets who are brother and sister. What a nice place with AWESOME vets and really nice staff This is such a fun place to bring my animals! The animal hospital smells and looks clean. I was able to make an appointment and get in right away. I was really happy that all my questions were answered. The staff genuinely cares and both vets are really kind and gentle. Earned my Business! Great staff, great service, wonderful, compassionate and caring. I took my dog in for a second opinion because the previous vet hadn't sorted out Tiger's problems. I'd been going to my previous vet for years but I took a friend's recommendation and tried A Small Animal Hospital. very kind and gentle I had a very sad day as I had to put my sweet Nabi to sleep. Dr. Amy Besola was so nice. I have never had someone treat me so gently and although my decision was difficult, Dr. Amy was exceptionally kind. Thank you for making a tough day better. I really appreciate the nice receptionist and assistant who helped me there.
