Like many trades these days, they seem to have so much work that an individual residential client is not important. I would rather be told, “Sorry we are fully booked and can’t accommodate you at this time” than to be strung along and to have to be the squeaky wheel to get the job done. And a rushed, subpar job at that. When I was able to finally schedule the work (after multiple emails and phone calls), they would commit only to half of it, and there was a disconnect between the estimator and the team that actually executed... read more
