Like many trades these days, they seem to have so much work that an individual residential client is not important. I would rather be told, “Sorry we are fully booked and can’t accommodate you at this time” than to be strung along and to have to be the squeaky wheel to get the job done. And a rushed, subpar job at that. Ryan from Slater Electrical responded to our service call. What a nice young man, professional and very helpful in replacing our in floor heating thermostat - and it worked! Again thought the service was outstanding and would not hesitate to request any future electrical requirement from Slaters.

Pot light failure. Complex problem but they came back until the issue was found and fixed. Highly recommend them
