My mother passed 12/23/2025. I called on Christmas Eve and was in there with Jacob on the 26th. He was amazing! We were worried about some things my mother had when she passed at the hospital and let him know. As soon as Kim had her, she called and let us know everything was there! She inventoried it and since we are out of town she is holding for us. We used Simple Service for my sister in 2022 as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called on a Sunday to inquire about cremation services.. I spoke to a representative who took my name and number and assured me I would receive a call back. Yes I know it was Sunday so I figured I would get a call back by Monday maybe Tuesday at the latest we'll it's Wednesday and still no return call. Not very professional or accommodating.
