Customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and....after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasn't a typo in the address...they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I don't even reside.
