The beach is at a distance and is too far to walk, and vehicle access is too far to drive. Highly recommend alternative means of transportation. Bicycles would be enough. The accommodations on the ground floor are nice, but it'd make being the odd ball out that much more comfortable if there were a small mini fridge. That, along with the private restroom and garage entrey, would be ideal for some vacationers. Very well kept. But being in construction, I notice things that most wouldn't. All and all, 7.5/10
