My name is April Harlan. I am a licensed cosmetologist for the past 26 years with over 20 years’ experience in Hair Replacement. My training and background includes some of the best in Orlando. I originally started my career with The Hair Club for Men (Women) and later moved to work alongside Tony Smith (New Beginnings) and Trish Keeling (Razors Edge). Today, I offer my clients a vast amount of experience and techniques at my new location. A Shear Allusion opened in February 2018.
