I wish i could do a -0 stars cause i literally was in here 5minutes explaining to this older lady that i need my hair light brown and she just told me to go because she wasn't understanding what i was asking her to do on my hair and didn't even try looking at my hair. She basically kicked me out. Horrible customer service so RUDE. Dont recommend at all.
