I couldn’t even get a home visit for measurements..Janice had me waiting (and I had to cancel several work meetings).. and when I emailed her she told me that she “misplaced “ my data and therefore the appointment was never written on her calendar. The response I got from her was to say the least indifferent and dry.. which at the end worked for me because I strongly believe that first impressions are super important.. so I would never make business with them.

This was not a very good experience . It started well, but upon installation of my expensive blinds, the team damaged a wall, knock my chandelier and damaged the lower drop of the ceiling . I had just moved back from a complete renovation 10 days prior. What was worse, being very poorly treated when I reported it with an email and photos! After all , we were all present (team and I ) when it happened, followed by being ignored . I had to escalate it with a courier letter to the owner.
