This was not a very good experience . It started well, but upon installation of my expensive blinds, the team damaged a wall, knock my chandelier and damaged the lower drop of the ceiling . I had just moved back from a complete renovation 10 days prior. What was worse, being very poorly treated when I reported it with an email and photos! After all , we were all present (team and I ) when it happened, followed by being ignored . I had to escalate it with a courier letter to the owner. Got some new blinds. Took about a month. Have paid in full but was never given an invoice. Still waiting. Not impressed.
A shade better does quality work and fast. I brought in 2 blinds for repair they were fixed the same day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you
