Concrete started cracking within 6 months in multiple areas. I contacted Robert about the issue and was told he would come out to “look” at it, but he never did. Now my messages are being ignored. Very quick to collect payment, but not so quick to respond when there’s a problem with the work. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the concrete and the lack of follow-up afterward.
