I would give a 0 if that was a possibility. U-haul shoud revoke the licensee/franchise from this location. I had a u-haul reservation at this location for a trailer to move personal belongings/furniture to Missouri. Customer service was distracted by family members in the office. Then when the representative took me outside to the trailer, she simply pointed at it and said 'there it is'.
