Great experience! Quick and simple. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the process.
Caleb did a great job. He explained the process to check my hearing and showed me the results, which indicated that the hearing loss I experience is minimal and would not be much improved with a hearing aid. He showed me the results of the test and said a hearing aid would be of little benefit to me.
Caleb has always provided top notch service with a smile. Over the years he's become a friend as well as a service provider.
