We just had a visit from Kenny. He fixed us up, no sweat. He told me what was wrong with our washing machine, told me what he was going to do, how much it would cost and then he did it. It didn't take long and now we can wash our clothes again. Mission accomplished. Kenny is a pro, very likeable and a great representative of your company. I'd give him a good raise. :) LAB
Our GE dryer died suddenly overnight, fifteen days AFTER the warranty expired (of course), and after hunting around, we decided to give this place a call. They absolutely lived up to their name! Not only did they manage to fix it the same day (it was a snapped belt), it extremely reasonably priced, and the service was excellent... friendly, fast, and professional.
