Waited forever for stylist to show up
I booked a spur of the minute appointment based upon the 5 star reviews. I wanted a cut and a color. I was the 1st appointment of the day and the stylist was late by about 15 minutes. I am someone who, when I go to get my hair cut, I like to just sit and relax and not talk a whole lot because I want to enjoy someone else working with my hair.
