I would not recommend this company to anybody. Russ came out and did a home inspection and after the purchase of the home we found a corroded sewer line which was in Plainview of where he inspected. He was in the crawl space area checking out the beams I asked him to look at there was more extensive damage than he led on to believe there, however I was okay with that as I knew the beams were damaged. The attention to detail and thoroughness in which Russ Sage performs a certified inspection and official report are quite impressive. Compared to reports by other inspectors I have seen in the past, Russ truly provides a wise and valuable investment. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Russ Sage from A Sage Home Inspection. From our very first point of contact until after the process, Russ was professional, informational and thorough. I honestly would not use anyone else for any home inspections in the future. His detailed report, along with information during the entire inspection, gave me the confidence to feel I knew all concerns associated with my home purchase.I have already shared Russ' name with others and would not hesitate to do the same in the future.

Andrew Brick's comments are unfounded. As a general home inspector for 12 years, I can only inspect what I can see[a visual, non-destructive, non-invasive inspection is what all home inspectors do] and we have to follow our Standards of Practice per NAHI especially our and our clients safety. A home inspection is a picture in time ie. that day. Roof: That being said on February 6, 2015 when I inspected this home there was 6-8" of snow on the roof.
