Do NOT Go Here!! Worst experience ever! Bought a new 5th wheel, had several issues first time using it (went camping the day after picking it up)and they didn't take care of them. Had a bad battery and they said it wasn't under warranty & the TV didn't work and they didn't replace it. Among many other issues. Also, when we took it in for service and they had a mix up and removed all the decals on one side. We are still waiting for them to replace it. Every time I call I've been nice about everything. The sales rep, Samantha, made sure we got our dream RV. Michele did an excellent job explaining everything about the RV in the demo. She made sure all of our questions were answered. These people are amazing!
I was impressed with the family type atmosphere at Blue Compass RV in Auburn Hills, Michigan. They all were knowledgeable in each of their fields of expertise from the mechanical experts to the Blue Compass RV store manger Rafael. Everyone who helped us get into our Lance, we appreciated their help on a very hot day.
