Dealed with them for years they bend over backwards for you I've had the odd hiccup on items rebuilt but always resolved and left both happy ready for the next dilemma . ps my items are usually something rare that no one else will even touch or know anything about Knowledge and experience in my eyes over rules text book education and it shows here ..
