They installed my a/c condenser incorrectly and then argued with me that they were right. They did not turn it on to test it or google the model number to get the correct installation sheet until after 3 months, when they finally corrected their mistake. A&S uses subcontractors who don't communicate with them, causing even more confusion. I'm sure they can do good work when there are no problems. But when a problem happened, they argued and did nothing for months.

Saw them driving recklessly and dangerously at a job site, speeding through a parking lot, as well as driving aggressively out on the road as their truck leaves a trail of black smoke.
