After years of dealing with the bad service at CVS I was so happy to find A&S. So nice to deal with. Always helpful. One reviewer was complaining how they didn't follow up. Not my experience at all. These are my medications so I do need to initiate conversations but they are fast and efficient.
One of the most unprofessional specialty pharmacies that I have dealt. They do not provide updates on the status of an approval, lie about their follow ups and then blame the patient for their short comings. Their response is that they have 1000s of patients can't follow up with everyone. If you are not able to deliver the service, then state that up front and both doctors and patients can decide if they want to do business with you.
Great experience, Replaced my medication from CVS that gave me horrible reaction with a better brand. Will be switching to them. I believe this is a small local business? Would be happy to support!
They have always kept the customer “me “, with follow up phone calls, and scheduling delivery at my convenience.
