We built a house with A&S and moved at the end of 2023. We wasted our money with this cheap builder. They never give you the same stuff whatever you see in their show home even if you paid for it. First of all, they forgot to put insulation in our roof and we moved in December now anyone can guess how much we suffer in -43 outside. Each corner of the house is not perfectly done. My wife and I are very thankful that we met our agent when we were looking for a house. We did not have any plan on building new one but luckily we met Daksh of A&S thru her and then the rest was history. It was a quick possession new built and lots of contractor’s upgrade offered, but we hoped that had the chance to change some, however everything went well.
