A&S Homes is one of the best builders I’ve had the opportunity to work for. The people that they have running the operation make my job that much more enjoyable. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEW HOME FROM A&S HOMES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPEARS. A&S Homes used to be the prestigious Winnipeg home builder, now everything is about the bottom line and customer service became non- existent. After 3 summer seasons of waiting to get the exterior deficiencies repaired on my house with excuses that the trades people will repair when their schedules allow, they have now ghosted my emails. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They don't answer phones or emails, their warranty is just a lie, they don't do anything just deflect, poor quality and poor workmanship. Don't waste your money with the.
Heads up guys. If your planning to build your dream house don't choose A&S. I would like to save you money and troubles. Customer service hard to reach if they do their answer sounds like copy paste. We moved in 2 years ago and it took 2 years for them to finished the house. I will attached photos as proof of cheap quality of A&S Homes. They installed a louver without a hole our sidings coming off.
