Avoid at all costs. Sent proposal for post-and-rail fence, which I signed, received a township permit with, and sent a deposit on. Few days later, I'm emailed and told the estimate is wrong, and it will be 35% more because they "forgot to include labor." They refuse to match their promised price because they hadn't signed their copy yet or deposited my check.
We were very pleased withe A & S Fencing. They were helpful, professional and installed beautiful fencing. We would definitely return to them for more work if needed.
