Alan came round within 24 hours of requesting a job, he came exactly at the time he said he would and at Christmas time, text me prior to arrival and came in and carried out the work in my daughter's room, offered to take off his boots and worked cleanly too. Tradesman like Alan are hard to come by so I have saved his number for my next job. Thanks again Alan.
