Dreadful, had the displeasure of them trying to fix work from Harron homes, total waste of psce...promise the earth and fail to land close to it. They even employed a worker whom claimed to be gas certified for some of our work, needless to say they were not....If you are already in the desperate stae that you need work carried out on your new build, do not compound it by having this lot attend too.
We had a leaking shower in our new build so contacted Taylor Wimpey customer service to get it sorted. They sub-contracted the job to A&S Contractors who sent Richard to complete the job. Richard was honest, professional and hard-working, giving us regular updates on progress and ensuring we were happy with his work. We are covered by our warranty period at the moment but if we had any similar issues in the future outside of the warranty period I would not hesitate to give A&S a call and ask for Richard!
Shocking service.... Was booked in 2x for a measurement on a cracked window pane... Appointments were made... Nobody turned up at said times but worse still no one could even have the courtesy to call and let us know! Wasting our time staying home for workmen who don't arrive... Maybe 3rd time lucky.. We shall see.... Very disappointing so far
