Through no fault of Thier own, the caravan we bought had something wrong with the fridge. We called up and Sam was a gem, was very understanding, even though we were both pretty annoyed. He found a way we were still able to keep our food cold for the night and arranged a new fridge to be put in the next day, he even took it a step further by driving over an hour both ways to deliver it for us and make sure it was installed properly. FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Sam was great to deal with, we bought our first caravan here and his help was on point. He gave us the knowledge we needed to get set up, was to the point and made everything easy from the moment we made our decision to the point of collecting. They worked well with our own finance team and I highly recommend Sam and the team if you're ever in need of a caravan. AAA+++ across the board. Thank you.
Its a shame we can only give 5 Stars. The service we received from Andrew and Sam was amazing. My wife and I are the proud owners of a 2008 Adria caravan but have been considering upgrading to a later model. I googled Adria Caravans for sale and This 2014 Adria Altea popped up.
