Disorganized and Frustrating for a Simple New Car Inspection I booked a Maryland State Inspection through Groupon. The earliest appointment was a week out. This was a voluntary inspection for a brand-new car, not something the state required. That matters because when you're voluntarily bringing your car in, you expect at least a little courtesy and clear communication.
