I came to this place yesterday to do emission and inspection, every time there was Iranian gentleman but this time an afghani was there and he charged me $50 and he didn’t accept card he asked for cash while every time i pay $20 for it, this guy was very rude and greedy for money I would never come to here anymore nor refer anyone to go here. Im not surprised anymore that why Afghanistan is in this situation!
