Bought a washer and dryer from them with a delayed delivery. On my delivery day I was the last one delivered, it was after 6pm before I got them. After my first load in the washer my clothes were full of rocks and sand. I called them about it and I got the run around. 6 weeks later the dryer goes out, they come out and “fix it”. RecommendedThis place is AWESOME! Excellent service and next day delivery, no other big box store in SA can give u that! They deliver, install and haul off the old... all for less than a third of what new stuff costs. I plan on purchasing all my future appliances from here...they are super friendly as well and the delivery driver was GREAT!
Purchased a. $700 fridge and scheduled delivery Today between 9-11am It’s 12:30 and still no fridge . Wasted all my morning and may be even late to work . RIDICULOUS and on top of that $55 delivery FEE! Not fair Guy I spoke to in the morning said my information wasn’t even there in the first place ! UPDATE**** it’s 4pm and STILL no fridge !!
