These people send you a salesman, not a technician. If your house is less than 10 years old, you probably have a warranty with Bayonet. All these guys here talk about is thousands of dollars as if we're that stupid to believe everything they say. Do your homework and check your warranty prior to calling these guys and have them try and sell you a whole new system worth 10k - 18k. Worst is, that they use God's name in vain when it's a simple fix and small damages can be corrected.
