This lady is an absolute God send. SHE SAVED OUR LIVES. No exaggeration. She went out of her way for us in more ways than one. The car was a great price, the customer service was amazing, and I can't say enough good things about this company. The car was in great condition, there's water bottles, hand sanitizer, mints, and more. This has been our best rental experience ever. Especially with us not knowing how long we would need to rent and it being right by the holidays if I could give them 10 Stars I would.
Excellent service, car had extra amenities; water & hand lotion. Overall. Service all was good. When I visit Cleveland again, I will definitely use A Running Start Auto LLC.
