Excellent customer service. Kelly helped us during our visit. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect shoes. Overall a great experience. I recommend this store if you're looking for new shoes, insoles, or even understanding which shoes are best for you.
The store is great, the staff is very particular about accurate shoe recommendations. A few years back, I visited the store and they did a thorough check on the size, pronation, running history and pattern and accordingly recommended the shoe. I would highly recommend this for anyone into running/walking
Fair prices, well-informed staff, visual analysis of your run, and no pressure at all. I wanted a professional to fit my foot for comfortable running and walking, and that's exactly what I got here.
