Amazing experience!! Winston was my sales person and I can not thank him enough! He shared his experience and opinions and listened to ALL mine. I was honest and nervous reading other reviews about customer service and delayed deliveries. Winston responded to my emails on his day off and he was able to put a rush on my custom couches. I was able to choose firmness, cushion sizes, color, armrests, fabrics and size. 100% recommend and don’t forget to ask for Winston

First off customer service was great and they worked a good deal with us. As of now we still haven’t received our two couches. We purchased couches on Presidents’ Day. They said delivery was approximately 2 weeks, which was no big deal. After that it was next week and then another week and now still waiting. The factory is only an hour away.. don’t understand how this is possible. If you buy from them make sure it’s in stock and pick up. Don’t wait for delivery… you may be waiting awhile.

A Royal Suite in Santa Clarita is the kind of place you hope to find when you’re furniture shopping. The customer service is genuinely fantastic, and they have a great selection of pieces to choose from. We ran into a little issue—honestly, I was probably at least half to blame—but Chris, the manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. He worked with us and turned it into a great experience in the end. This store is an absolute nightmare. We ordered an expensive dining set over a month ago, promised delivery in 1-2 weeks—only to be strung along with excuse after excuse. After multiple delays, outright lies about availability, and failed delivery attempts, we demanded a refund. Weeks later, we’re still fighting to get our money back while our kids eat on the couch. Winston was a great help. Our sofa arrived on time. We did have a little issue with it and he was quick to resolve it. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this place.
