A Royal RuffHouse also provides full grooming services to any of our customers who wish to have their babies washed and groomed during their stay with us.

I really wanted to like this place. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, I will not be taking my dog here again. Upon drop-off, I was surprised to NOT be given the option to see the facilities. The owner was not very friendly or excited to see us. The customer service was not what I was expecting as Steve seemed extremely tired, lethargic, smelled very strongly of cigarettes, and seemed to be lacking in appropriate hygiene. RecommendedThey take last minute request, but the only thing is don’t be late you must pick up before noon or you will be charge full day , I was half hour late he was gonna charge me full day $60. For my little dogs not even weight 15pounds each , luckily he let me go for another $10. But it should be 24 hour it’s not like a hotel service, I dropped off at 2pm . Anyway I hope he won’t bill me lol! Thanks guy for letting me go!
I was very anxious having my 11month old pit mastiff stay anywhere for the very 1st time and for 10 days while away. I had a dog sitter for 5 days on a previous occasion elsewhere and upon coming back he was skidish and weird but here he came back so happy and joyful! Besides being cost affective my dog came back in great heath and so happy! I found a good place to care of my big baby Dually when I’m away.

I got my dog back very very beat up by his dogs...cost slot in vet Bill's and he was never the same....
