👋🏼 I followed ARP from Baldwin Park. I have been a customer for over 5 years. It is difficult to find quality personnel in the nail arena. Therefore, if you have high standards for your nail care, then this is it! Paula, the owner, does a good job of finding and developing talent. Victoria is FANTASTIC!! My sister makes appointments when she is in town. My regular polish pedicures last at least 30 days through my daily yoga.
