He promptly returned my call and was very accommodating to my schedule in arranging the service call. The serviceman, Mike, was neat, clean, friendly, courteous and promptly fixed the problem and explained how he fixed it and what I should do to prevent the problem in the future. The whole experience was a very pleasant one.
I live in CA and they obviously had the wrong number. They called me 5 times and left 2 voicemails starting at 4:41am - 6:11am. When I answered and asked them to stop calling me, they gave me attitude like it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Even if it was the right number, that is way too many times to call in a row. What could be that urgent about a porta-potty.

I’ve been a loyal business customer for over a decade, but my recent experience was highly disappointing. Our construction site unit wasn’t serviced because vehicles were parked in the driveway. Rather than asking anyone to move a car, the service provider quickly snapped a picture of the driveway and left.
