Andy and his wife did an amazing job! We are very happy with the service they did. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
We moved into our home recently and were well aware that the ducts had not been touched in years( possibly as long as 10 years) . I was worried to say the least Andy came in and was so professional he knew his job and did it well! The allergy season is soon upon us I highly recommend this mom and pop team! My home smelled fresh the job was done in a timely and professional way they are courteous and knowledgeable. Next call to Budget King will be carpets!!!!
Well, definitely learned our lesson the $$$ way. The ad read, “Pet odor & stain remover specialist” 5 rooms $149 “steamed & deodorized” and at $425 later the carpets were not “clean” at all! Not even close! And then when I called to get them to “help” fix the problem or refund some of the money for the failed attempt to do what the ad said, Andy would not even hear me out and was extremely rude and then Lynn followed the same attitude. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!...Recently I had a flood at a Rental family and feeling over welmed I was speaking with a visiting friend from Chicago and he told me about A Roto Restoration. I called and spoke with the Owner Andrew Roto just to hear his advice on the situation I was in and He was very Informative and descriptive on how to handle the disaster. Highly recommend for air duct cleaning, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. I had Andy and Lynn out on 2 separate occasions and was impressed with their excellent work and fair prices. My furniture and carpets look brand new.
