Well, definitely learned our lesson the $$$ way. The ad read, “Pet odor & stain remover specialist” 5 rooms $149 “steamed & deodorized” and at $425 later the carpets were not “clean” at all! Not even close! And then when I called to get them to “help” fix the problem or refund some of the money for the failed attempt to do what the ad said, Andy would not even hear me out and was extremely rude and then Lynn followed the same attitude. Highly recommend for air duct cleaning, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. I had Andy and Lynn out on 2 separate occasions and was impressed with their excellent work and fair prices. My furniture and carpets look brand new.
