I needed my carpet cleaned and called at 6:30am and to my surprise Lynn answered the phone. They were able to come out the next day Saturday. Called me to see if they could come earlier and let me know when they were on their way. Always appreciated! They did a great job. My dog had some issues and put him the bedroom while they were cleaning the family room. After they left my dog had had an accident in the bedroom.
