He installed the water heater at my condo, and since early on (before inspection) pilot light went off frequently. and when we called him to fix the problem, he charged me as service call ($200 plus hourly fee) multiple times. Crazy, right? came back to fix his problem and got paid again and again. He is not taking responsibility to the work he did. Sorry for bad review but this is not acceptable. We eventually had to pay another guy to install a whole new water heater unit.
We had a leak and a shower drip issue and Alan got us straighten out. Our shower cartilages were quite old Kolher parts but Alan was able to find the parts and have us without a drip! He also changed the shower drain and replaced with high quality parts. We are very thankful and happy with the service. Highly recommend this business.
Allen is Amazing ! He has done great work at my salon, fixing previous work done by other plumbers.. he installed my shampoo sinks, washer and dryer and I can not complain. Very professional Quick to answer the phone and any questions I may have. I highly recommend this company!
