Bad service and break my water pipe
We had a full-on plumbing emergency at 11pm on a Saturday night. Daniel responded quickly, came very early the next Sunday morning, and ran both lines and fixed everything quckly and very well for both ourselves and our guests. Excellent service, would definitely use agin, thank you Daniel and team!
If you value good service, honest work, and an honest service, never hire Rooter Man! Rooter man plumbers are the absolute worst people in the area. They are absolute scums! They charged my neighbors $4500 to unclog their pipes, only spent 5 hours at the house, and didn’t complete the job! Then when we try to get a bill, receipt, or anything that shows what it is they even did at the house, they refuse to do anything and get angry with us. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company stole my money (I was charged but service was never provided), I was cursed at and I was even threatened. Look Elsewhere, this company will Steal from you and Threaten you.
Very responsive and extremely thorough! Willing to fix everything from complex sewer line to simple faucet issues. Great experience with the Rooter Man team. Highly recommend.
