A Rooter Man

We had several plumbing issues happening at once, including a sewer drain problem, kitchen plumbing that needed to be brought up to code, and bathroom issues. Logan was amazing. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and walked us through each step, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Rooter Man also worked with our home warranty. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

Everything seemed to go well except for the clogged faucet in my laundry room. Both young men were kind and polite. I didn’t get any paperwork. I would like to have that and a receipt please. Only other issue was there was water on the garage floor when they were done.

It took 3 different service appointment because they didn't have all the tools needed to get the job done. They were very courteous. Tyler was very nice and explained everything to us.

The young man was very polite, but after looking around, said there was no detectable problem. The water meter was not spinning, which would have detected a leak he said. I told him that I only saw a little flooding after large rain storms. He said to call again when it is actively flooding for him to check.
