I purchased a house in Dec. 08. I noticed the bottom of the tub peeling off. I didn't know that the tub had been resurfaced until I saw green under the paint. I didn't know I had received any paperwork regarding the resurfacing until I had to go through all the home loan paperwork for another issue.
