Such friendly staff, such a thorough job! The staff went through practically the whole store helping me and my friend to find bras that fit right and we walked away with some great ones. I have a really hard to find size and I've never found a store that had my exact size in a bra that fit properly. They really know their bras and they really care about their customers, and my friend found out she was wearing the entirely wrong size. After treatment for cancer, I'd lost 75 pounds and had no idea what size I was any more. I read about this shop in the SF Chronicle and decided to go in for a bra fitting. The fitting rooms are lovely, comfortable, and spacious, equipped with a robe. The shop owner measured me (I'm a 36 DD, E, or F depending on the style) and brought me various bras to try on. Robynne was incredibly helpful, and the bras are exquisite!
This was the first fitting anyone has ever given me that got a reasonable size. Lane Bryant once told me I was a 42B, but here she measured me up and found that I was a 40E. She gave me good advice on the fit, and I found two lovely polish bras that fit beautifully. Unfortunately, they did not have the colors I was looking for, and I did not have the $100 that I would have needed to pay up.
