Very kind people but I had to call them back over 5 times because they didn’t get out all of the mold that was literally visible. They would come to do something and leave to go do another job without finishing ours for over a month.
We had a toilet clogged and when the plumber used a snake to clear the pipes some water overflowed and went into the basement and leaked through a can light. We only collected about a half gallon of water or less. Jeff came out the next morning and upon review, said we were all clear and that we didn't need to do anything except clean the carpet. I strongly suggest that you contact A+ Restoration Services before spending tens of thousands of dollars on restoration with another company. There was leak in our upstairs bathroom that damaged a corner of the kitchen. The plumbing company recommended their partner business for restoration. Their estimator came up with a grand demolition and restoration plan for 15K+, with the disclaimer that it could be substantially more depending on what they find after demolition.
