Called at 4am for an emergency job as my basement drain backed up and while I was asking approximately how long it would take to get a call back from a plumber I was put on hold and then hung up on. Very rude thing to do when someone is having an emergency. They were the 3rd plumber I called.
Came before the time they said, quickly solved the problem, explained what went wrong, and repaired the issue. They work with your budget and I have never had a problem.
I had a very bad experience with this company. I will not every have anything to do with them. In December 2024, I paid $288 for a half hour job to un-clog the shower drain. However, the very next month (Jan) it was clogged again. When I called the company, they told me that I need the drain to be examined /scanned by a camera, which would be another $300 plus. Steve was the Plumber that fixed our clogged main sink/washer drain and he was amazing! Explain/ showed me the problem and fixed it a timely manner! Steve was knowledgeable about plumbing and so kind! Would definitely recommend!
