Added is a screenshot of this wonderful driver cutting me off and flipping me off for proceeding in a round I was already in; about to cut me off to enter. Also worth noting that he flipped the driver off before me, for the same reason. I slowed down instinctively after he flipped off the driver in front of me, otherwise I’d still be in the intersection waiting for a tow truck. He was mad we didn’t stop in a roundabout? Called at 4am for an emergency job as my basement drain backed up and while I was asking approximately how long it would take to get a call back from a plumber I was put on hold and then hung up on. Very rude thing to do when someone is having an emergency. They were the 3rd plumber I called.

Came before the time they said, quickly solved the problem, explained what went wrong, and repaired the issue. They work with your budget and I have never had a problem.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I will not every have anything to do with them. In December 2024, I paid $288 for a half hour job to un-clog the shower drain. However, the very next month (Jan) it was clogged again. When I called the company, they told me that I need the drain to be examined /scanned by a camera, which would be another $300 plus. They told me that the fact I had already paid $288 previously for the same problem was not relevant. A good company would have scanned the blockage with a camera the ... read more
