I've been a customer of A+ for several years. I always had a good experience with them, hence the reason i continued doing business with them. This location came under new management, a guy named Charles and thats when things went downhill. We would pay a couple weeks in advance yet still receive calls saying we owed for the week when we already paid and it was highly frustrating. The CSR's are nice but I seriously question what is going on with this new manager. The previous manager, Joe, did a great job.
