Took my Hilux there to have the injectors replaced and the engine cleaned out. Immediately afterwards, an engine warning light came on, the code indicating it was something to do with the EGR system. After repeatedly taking it back to Ralph, he just threw his hands up and said he didn't know what it was. EIGHT YEARS, 5 different mechanics and 140,000km later, it was finally discovered that the reason that light kept coming on was because Ralph didn't reconnect a pipe he'd disconnected.

Great service, really knowledgeable and helpful
The worst service I could ever imagine. After 10’s of continual follow up phone calls, to only ever be presented with more problems, I ended up sorting my own brand new part myself. Took weeks to do nothing and cost my business thousands. The only thing that was done in a timely fashion was the invoice being sent. Stay clear. Do not use. Terrible service. There aren’t words to explain how bad my experience there was.
