I wish there was an option for 0 stars. My girlfriend's family was coming to town for her graduation at Luther College and booked this place over a year ago. Then, two days before graduation they called to confirm when they could pick up the keys. Only to find out that the owner had double booked and said that her family could no longer stay there, because another family was already there.
