Anthony and the guys did an amazing job replacing the four radiators we had and installing an additional two. The work was quick, clean, and precise. We went from the coldest apartment in the building to the hottest. Our whole apartment is now over 80 degrees in November. Thank you, Paul, Anthony, and the crew.
Did a Boiler inspection and tried to Overcharge for repairs they say were needed! Then tried to charge an additional fee for another inspection!! NOT HONEST I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
A mistake by a plumber from A Real Good Plumber caused significant water damage to ceilings and walls in my house. They were slow and reluctant to follow up and repair the damage caused by their mistake. Ultimately it took 5 months of nagging them in order for them to follow up and complete the work. It was a really bad experience overall.
IRRESPONSIBLE - DO NOT USE A Real Good Plumber caused an estimated $10,000 of water damage in my house and are dragging their feet for months on redoing the job and fixing the damage. We hired a Real Good Plumber to fix a leaky join between two pipes in my fire sprinkler system 3 months ago. Their plumber waited 45 minutes for the glue to dry.
