A mistake by a plumber from A Real Good Plumber caused significant water damage to ceilings and walls in my house. They were slow and reluctant to follow up and repair the damage caused by their mistake. Ultimately it took 5 months of nagging them in order for them to follow up and complete the work. It was a really bad experience overall.

IRRESPONSIBLE - DO NOT USE A Real Good Plumber caused an estimated $10,000 of water damage in my house and are dragging their feet for months on redoing the job and fixing the damage. Looking to revise this to 5 stars later this year when I use them again or finish the current job. Overall no complaints. Paul S. is prompt with replies. Not a huge operation, but I cherrish the interaction a lot. Paul C. is very honest with providing expert assessment on proposed work for the next job, so I am confident they will work for their customers well. This is in Brooklyn, so hopefully more consistent than those reviews from Manhattan.

Called them on Friday and they came first thing Monday to repair a Leaky pipe at Steam Radiator connection. Owner and scheduler were always in good communication! As a home owner its great to deal with a tech that responds quickly and shows up when he says. Eldi did a good job in just a few hours. Thanks! Will give them a call next time!
