Accommodations are simple and comfortable, water is provided, lights are low; upon entering I immediately feel my body drop into a restful, sacred, meditative state — which then stays with me long after the session. After, aches and pains have diminished, my vision brighter, and spirits elevated. I look forward to this "lift" for the rest of my days!
