Even though we met under horrible circumstances ( house completely burned), this company came out immediately all the way from Florida to Louisiana and made the experience more pleasant and manageable. They took a big burden off of my family for the de- inventory process and the cataloging of our non- salvageables. The owner came out first and accessed the situation and explained everything to me on how the process works. We were very fortunate to have A Ray Textiles assigned to our case after our home was lost to a tornado. It has been a very difficult time but they helped tremendously with the process. They have been extremely professional, patient and available the whole way through.

Twice someone was suppose to come to inspect the home. Never showed, never called. They finally came only to find out they did not do anything they were suppose to do. Will be filing a complaint with ins. Co. They performed a surface clean showing up with nothing but windex and Clorox wipes. They were suppose to inventory and pack items. We waited three months for nothing.
