A Ray was amazing in how they handled my predicament. Kevin and his son Devin were over right away when I frantically needed someone for the job. Very reliable and strategic in how they handle business. Friendly, personable and diligent in how they interact with customers. 100% recommend for any job!
Ray came out here the first time and went through the house with me for a few minutes. Seemed like a very Jovial and nice man. I told him I needed the estimate to turn over to my insurance company and that as soon as I received a check I would have them come and get the things. He kept pushing to get a crew in the house to get it then. Of course I could not do that until I had everything approved by my insurance. They were polite and efficient. Kevin and his son Devin answered any and all questions I had about the process and I got everything salvageable back in its condition almost as if the incident never occurred. Gotta give them five stars.
Had a lot of damage to my personal belongings after a recent storm here in St. Augustine. Kevin was very helpful and worked on my time, and always kept me up to date with how the work was going. I highly recommend A-Ray Textiles for all of your cleaning needs.
